"Depuis le temps que je viens au GLD j’ai l’habitude d’avoir un accueil assez moyen, souvent une façon de parler très “cité” Aujourd’hui j’ai été très agréablement surprise au téléphone j’ai eu une femme mature, respectueuse et très professionnelle. Ça faisait vraiment plaisir. En arrivant sur place elle était souriante, douce et agréable avec les clients. Malheureusement, j’ai été témoin d’une scène choquante une de ses collègues l’a rabaissée devant plusieurs clients en attente de leur commande. C’était de la méchanceté gratuite. On voyait clairement que cette femme est nouvelle et qu’elle fait de son mieux. Elle ne mérite absolument pas un tel traitement. Nous sommes là pour apprendre, pas pour être traités comme des animaux. D’autant plus qu’elle travaillait très bien alors que sa collègue à ce moment-là passait plus de temps à rigoler avec les autres qu’à l’aider. Soutien total à cette employée qui mérite du respect."
